TOFU SATAY TACO with fried tofu and Asian vegetable salad, Jasmine rice, chopped hard boiled eggs, peanut sauce and Sriracha in lettuce wrap 

TURKEY PICADILLO TACO in a sweet tangy red sauce, avocado, and radish salad, topped with lime crema in grilled pepper jack cheese flour tortillas 

ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH TACO with lentils, caramelized red onions and feta cheese in flour tortillas

NEW: Honey-lime glazed CHICKEN BREAST TACOS with roasted corn salsa, pickled jalapenos, avocado crema, and queso blanco in soft corn tortillas
